2023: The State of Men in America
Men of divine and natural selection
As men, we have been misled and convinced that masculinity is toxic and that we should be overweight and passive. This is a lie, and we need to remember who we are.
Stop pretending it's okay to be weak! It's shameful!
All throughout human history it was the standard to be lean, strong and stoic. From our hunter gatherer ancestors (and modern day) to the statues of Ancient Greece and Rome; the male physique was lean and strong.
This is our deep rooted evolutionary standard.
Hadza Man being naturally lean and strong

You don’t see anyone making an image of a god, or idol in any way, as soft and lethargic. Even the image Christ on the cross has a lean physique.
Restoring the balance
Masculine energy is necessary for balance in life. We need both masculine and feminine energy to thrive. Unfortunately, women are being forced to take on both roles these days, which is not only unfair but also a disservice to our ancestors.
For thousands of years, humans have lived in a natural balance of masculine and feminine energy.
It's only recently that men have been deemed problematic.
We are losing our position among superpowers,China and Russia are embarrassing us with their displays of power.
Our marriages are failing, and our children are lost.
What changed? Men have become weak, passive, and overweight. Dad bods are killing our bodies and minds.
People have even made a Dad bod calendar!!!
Men have developed and defended societies for all of human existence. Yes, there are things that needed to be fixed, but completely eliminating the strength and power of men has gone too far. We must restore the balance.
The downward spiral
According to the CDC:
In 2020, men died by suicide 3.88x more than women.
On average, there are 130 suicides per day.
Men accounted for 69% of suicide deaths in 2020
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the United States, killing 382,776 men in 2020—that’s about 1 in every 4 male deaths.1
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men of most racial and ethnic groups in the United States, including African Americans, American Indians or Alaska Natives, Hispanics, and whites. For Asian American or Pacific Islander men, heart disease is second only to cancer.2
About 1 in 13 (7.7%) white men and 1 in 14 (7.1%) black men have coronary heart disease. About 1 in 17 (5.9%) Hispanic men have coronary heart disease.3
Half of the men who die suddenly of coronary heart disease had no previous symptoms.
There is also a huge need for medical intervention with TRT, viagra, etc. We are seeing a drop in U.S. men’s testosterone levels since the 1980s, with average levels declining by about 1% per year!
In early adolescence we are introduced to porn, video games, marijuana and alcohol that grow into adulthood addictions, keeping men further sedated.
The good news is that lifestyle factors, like fitness, diet and mindset, are all a part of the healing of the masculine trauma we are experiencing.
If you have a better outlook on life you will be less likely to want to commit suicide, or crimes. You will want to be a contributing member of society.
If you are in good health, eat clean, then your mind can think clearly and make better decisions. You will spend less time and money on doctors, medications and surgeries.
If you have a fit body, you will be able to help people more effectively, respond to threats, keep up with your kids, look good and performs better in bed with your wife, just have an overall better self confidence
There are so many more benefits to having a healthy body and mins, these are just a few examples.
This is all within most mens capabilities as well. It just takes the decision and commitment to do the work.
